- Organ recital. - With Thierry Escaich Composer, organist and improviser, Thierry Escaich is a unique figure on the contemporary music scene and one of the leading representatives of the new generation of French composers. The three aspects of his art are inseparable, enabling him to combine creation, improvisation and interpretation in the most diverse combinations in his concerts. After winning the Grand Prix for improvisation at the 1991 Strasbourg International Competition, he was appointed titular organist of the church of Saint-Étienne-du-Mont in Paris in 1996.
