When we visited this old hotel, we immediately fell in love. Quickly we decided to create a bed & breakfast in order to share this ideal site. Imagine comfortable bedrooms with direct view on the lake of Sanguinet, a terrace on lakefront where you can take your breakfast and relax in the evening, a direct access to the beach. Ideally located on the lakeside, a few minutes from the ocean, 30 minutes from Arcachon and an hour from the historic heart of Bordeaux, we hope that “Les Eaux qui Rient” will appeal to you as much as we enjoy living in.

Lovely, Comfortable B&B in nice location
Stayed for two nights in June. This is a lovely property in a Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Rooms at the rear of the property have a balcony which is great. Anne is a super host, serving breakfast at a single large table. Guests are introduced in a comfortable atmosphere and encouraged to chat so a good way to learn about the area.

A lovely B&B with magnificent breakfasts
The owner of this B&B does a remarkable job in making her guests feel welcome. She bakes a cake each day for breakfast! And this breakfast is by far the best I have ever had in any B&B or hotel in all my travels! Thank you, Anne, for our stay in your calm and beautiful home at the Sanguinet Lake.
