Moored on Sor, small directly down stream of the Black Mountain, the Moulin Chapter, bound for almost four centuries in the history of the village and its Sorèze Abbey School, has retained its flour grinding wheels and boasts still its beautiful cedar in Lebanon.
We wanted to re-live and share this privileged place ; and, for more than ten years, we are delighted to open our guesthouse and our lodging to all lovers of the game, usability and creativity.
