Between Carcassonne and the Black Mountain, camping " Le Martinet Rouge" is a family campsite in the vineyard of Cabardès and Minervois. Its swimming pool with water slide in the shade of palm trees, its children's playground, a restaurant-bar and multi-sports area will appeal to young and old during your stay. We offer comfortable accommodation (rental cottages, bungalows, mobile homes) and large shaded pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes.

Pleasant rural camping
Enjoyed our experience. The proprietors were friendly and helpful and the facilities block was clean and practical. We found our pitch to be rather smaller than we would have liked for our large tent, and a bit uneven. Having said that we were given a choice of pitch, but found it difficult to find one suitable for a tent. A caravan or motor caravan would have had no problems. The site is ideally situated to enjoy Carcassonne from a quiet location, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this site.

A welcoming campsite in a tranquil location
Less than half an hour from Carcassonne airport, this site is set in peaceful countryside near views of the Pyrenees. The owners were friendly and helpful. The site is laid out in a way that offers some privacy, it is attractive and well maintained.
