| Other | Terms and conditions pitches - 1. Rental agreements are with specified persons only and may not be transferred. 2. Reservation will be for minimum seven nights unless otherwise agreed by the Manager. 3. Any reservation agreement sent without the payment of 25 % reservation due and 15 € booking fees will be void. Similar, any payment not accompanied by a duly signed Reservation Form will not guarantee of reservation. 4. If the Client did not inform the Campsite that he/she will be arriving late, the rental accommodation can be relented by the Campsite 24 hours after the arrival time and date given in the Rental Agreement. In this case, the deposit and booking fee will become the Campsite's property. 5. Should you cancel your stay with us, we will retain, or you will still be liable for, the rental fees and insurance fees. Additionally, you will be charged for breach of contract as follows : - A sum equivalent to 25% of the total cost of your stay if you cancel 30 days or more before your agreed arrival date. - The total cost of your stay if you cancel less than 30 days before your agreed arrival date, or if you do not arrive on that date. Cancellations must be sent by recommended and signed-for letter (date as postmarked). You can take out cancellation insurance. Provided your claim is accepted, this insurance will cover the forfeit you will have to pay us in case of cancellation or modification of your stay, which forfeit is calculated based on our terms and conditions. The terms of our cancellation insurance are available on demand. 6. The outstanding balance due will be paid on the day of arrival. No reduction for late arrivals or early departures. 7. Only persons listed (including babies) on the booking contract will be admitted on the site and will have access to the campsite services. (Maximum six people/pitch) - 8. The Client will have all relevant insurance policies to cover the following risks : fire, theft, water damage, civil liability and third party claims. 9. The animals must be tattooed, vaccinated and leashed. Dog's 1st and 2nd categories are strictly prohibited in the campground. 10. Access to the swimming pool only in bathing suit (Bermudas and boxer shorts are not allowed) - 11. The Client undertakes to abide the Campsite Regulations and so all persons using the same pitch. 12. The Client have taken note of the prices given in Annex. 13. Cancellation, If any of these clauses in this Agreement will not be respected, the Agreement may be terminated by right on service of a formal summons to leave the site. There will be no reduction for delayed arrival or early departure. 7. On arrival, the Client will make a deposit of € 200. The day of departure a full inventory check will be made of the accommodation and compared with its original state. The deposit will then be refunded less the cost of broken and/of missing items. In the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned the day of departure, € 60 of the deposit will be retained as provided in the Campsite's Regulations which are binding the Client. 8. The Client will have all relevant insurance policies to cover the following risks : fire, theft, water damage, civil liability and third party claims. 9. Only persons listed (including babies) on the booking contract will be admitted on the site and will have access to the campsite services. The maximum number of persons per Mobil-home must be adhered to rigidly. (mh 4/5 pers. = 5 pers. Max). It is impossible to install a tent on a Mobil home's pitch. 10. The animals must be tattooed, vaccinated and leashed. Dogs' 1st and 2nd categories are strictly prohibited in the campground. 11.
