Built in the late 1960s, the Saint-Jean-de-Rayssac takes place in the heart of Albi in the Tarn department. Work of architects AVIZOU Henri and Philippe Dubois, its architecture is inspired by the world famous Le Corbusier style, and consists of brick and concrete.
Listed as a Historic monument, it has in its interior stained glass windows designed by Albert Ayme, and a beautiful wooden Christ of 1981. Lovers of architecture will find its style that truly fits in that of religious buildings in the mid-twentieth century and is harmoniously integrated with the rest of the landscape.
