Built in the late nineteenth century by Mr. Lewis, a painter originally from Ireland, Villa Teresa proudly stands still at the heart of the City of Winter Arcachon, Gironde. Hispano-Moorish style, it blends harmoniously limestone and clay brick.
Inside, there are still beautiful ceramics polychrome unveiling of aquatic scenes or night owls, while upstairs you can find a living room with coffered ceiling revealing the four seasons and a dining room with ceiling stucco Baroque Viennese style.
Listed as a Historic Landmarks, Villa Teresa is the subject of a major restoration campaign carried out by its current owners.
