Arnas

Charming small town in Rhône, Arnas still possesses a heritage full of interest.

Classified Historical Monument, Castle Laye was built around 1760 by the family of Epinay. One can still admire some remains of the fortress from the Middle Ages, especially in the vast vaulted rooms. The current building dates from 1760. Inside, the Golden Room, the dining room and living room have been classified as an historic monument. Modeled in a romantic style in the course of the nineteenth century, the park covers 22 hectares with the main component a long pond that hosts an island. In addition to being classified as an historic monument, the Laye Castle Park was also ranked remarkable garden of France.

Castle Longsard no shortage of attractions and more has also been listed historical monument. It was built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The city of Arnas

also houses within a beautiful Gothic church whose interior is worth seeing.

Arnas no shortage of entertainment and is the source of several very popular events in the region.

Arnas hosts its weekly market every Thursday, from 8 am to 13h.

The traditional festival of Arnas conscripts takes place every year on the second Sunday of February. The

June hosts the famous flea market of Arnas the opportunity to do good business and discover the gem.

In September the city offers its day "Paradise and crafts" which highlights the old crafts, local crafts and gastronomy. Exhibitions are offered, as well as demonstrations of basket makers and other blacksmiths, or musical entertainment and a food continuously.
