Located in the territory of Dol-de-Bretagne, in Ille-et-Vilaine, the menhir of Champ-Dolent was classified as a Historical Monument at the end of the 19th century.
Built in the Neolithic era, it overlooks the Dol marsh and rises over nine meters in height.
This charming monolith of conical shape in red granite was surmounted by a Christ on the cross in the nineteenth century before recovering its original figure.
