Charming town in Seine-Maritime in region Normandy, Duclair takes place about twenty kilometers from Rouen, the Golden City, on the banks of the Seine in Austreberthe. Member of the Regional Natural Park of loops of the Seine Normandy, it is located on the famous road of the Abbeys, near Jumièges, St. Paer and Yainville.
Inhabited since the Gallic period, the territory of Duclair knows a real development that from Roman antiquity. From June to September, up to Duclair sur Seine Festival and its many activities. In the event program, from dance halls on the docks, tours highlight the castle, art exhibits, sun days, concerts or festive meals.
A Christmas market is held in December with different animations.

- Discover the history of the Château during the war. - A guided tour of the August '44 Museum with the Museum's owner provides an insight into the Battle in the region, while a visit to the Château plunges visitors into the life of the estate during the summer of '44. Following the discovery of letters written by the Château's owners during the war, it is possible to relive this period in a personal and intimate way.
