Civil aerodrome based on the town of Isles-lès-Villenoy, in Seine-et-Marne, the Meaux - Esbly aerodrome opened in 1934 under the leadership of Henri Mignet, French aircraft designer considered to be the father of the aviation for all and amateur construction.
The site now has four grass tracks over 1000 meters long, as well as an automatic broadcasting service. In addition to its equipment, there is a parking area and a refueling area. Several associations take place on the aerodrome of Meaux - Esbly and offer the practice of ULM or aviation.
