From the 12th century, Le Croisty meaning House of the Cross belonged to the order of the Hospitallers of Saint John of Jerusalem. This is where its name comes from. The parish church is also dedicated to Saint John the Baptist, the Patron Saint of the Hospitallers. Of Gothic inspiration, it deserves to be pushed open to discover the richness of its polychrome wooden sandboxes carved with scenes from everyday life or fabulous animals.
Located in the Aër valley, the Kergoff site is particularly suitable for hiking or mountain biking. The river is also very popular with fishermen who can devote themselves, in particular, to fly fishing. Kergoff is still a reception area for motorhomes and a great place for picnics.
Le Croisty is also increasingly associated with its Celtic circle "Danserien Ar Vro Pourlet". The original choreographies and the dynamism of the dancers never cease to surprise an audience that is always won over.
