Located in the municipality of Luzech, Lot, Castle Caïx is a royal property belonging to the current Queen of Denmark. Also vineyard, the site was originally an excellent production of wine of Cahors.
Built in the early fifteenth century castle Caïx was originally a small medieval fortress located on a hillside rock. Enlarged and transformed over the centuries, it is today as a very beautiful stone not publicly size.
Festivals and charity concerts are regularly organized for different causes.
