Charming town in the Haute-Savoie region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Magland takes place at the heart of the Arve Valley, between Cluses and Sallanches. It is located about seventy kilometers from Annecy, known for its animation festival, near Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval.

Walking through the town, do not forget to enjoy the ride of Bellegarde, a massive building that is now the only remnant of the old castle once installed near the throat of the Colonnaz.
