Village of the Somme, Mons-Boubert is an integral part of the Baie de Somme-Picardie Maritime Regional Natural Park. It takes place about sixty kilometers from Amiens, near Boismont, Saigneville or Arrest.
Occupied since the Gallo-Roman period, as evidenced by the remains of a villa found during an archaeological campaign, the territory of French. In 1421, it also suffered the battle of Mons-en-Vimeu, a clash between the troops of Philippe de Bourgogne and those of Jean de Luxembourg.
