Monument in Montpellier

Ranked Historic Monument, Castle Pool Montpellier is a folly built in the second half of the eighteenth century. Built for Joseph Philibert Belleval, then President of the Court of Montpellier accounts, it takes its name from its box basin and side alleys with statues representing the four seasons and embellishing a beautiful landscaped French garden.

Private property, the site is unfortunately not open to the public.
