Things to see and do

The town's main tourist attraction, Rambures castle was built in the 15th century. It now benefits from a classification as an historic monument and from the Remarkable Garden label. Transformed in the 18th century, then in the 19th century, it reveals an architecture dominated by the blue of the roofs and the red of the brick facades. The building is made up of four wide towers surmounted by pepper shakers which have retained their original appearance. The whole is surrounded by an English garden and a French garden rich in exotic trees and varieties of rare roses. Accessible to visitors, the castle of Rambures has a furnished interior including a dining room, a medieval bedroom, a large living room and a library. Different wax statues make it possible to reconstruct the atmosphere of different eras.

Not far, it is possible to discover the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption and its architecture typical of the region.
