Small village of the Channel, Normandy region, Saint-Cyr-du-Bailleul takes place between Mortain and Domfront, on the edge of the department of Orne. It is located about fifty kilometers from the beaches of the coast of the Channel, not far from Barenton and Teilleul.
The town takes its name from Saint Cyr, a martyr of the fourth century, and the Latin basilain, meaning pen. Peaceful and calm, it does not have less than an interesting architectural and natural inheritance which makes all its charm.
Its proximity to some of the most beautiful sites in this part of Normandy also makes it a must-visit resort in the region. It is particularly part of the Villages Heritage of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.
