Typical of the Ardennes, this sugar tart, also called galette à suc', is enjoyed warm or cold, for breakfast, tea or dessert. A delicious traditional speciality, with pastry made of flour, butter, sugar, milk, eggs and fresh yeast, is spread out in a buttered tart pan, then sprinkled with sugar and knobs of butter before being baked for fifteen minutes or so.
