2) At the first crossroads, continue straight ahead along the road uphill via Jacques (viewpoint on the left on the Tombeboeuf Hill and the Pech de Tourtrès, from where the bell-gable and the windmill can be seen), Reillé Boutou and Bourran (plum orchards).
3) At the summit, take the ridge road on the right to the edge of the forest. At the following crossroads, descend on the right to the Petit Bois tarmac alley (viewpoint from left to right over the Monbahus Mound, the fortified town of Monclar-d'Agenais and the village of Tombeboeuf). Before the farm, continue straight ahead along a wide dirt track. Continue straight ahead over the fields.
4) Take the road opposite and follow it for a few dozen metres. Turn on to a wide shady path. Follow the edge of the Puydauphin Forest (from here, you can see the Coulx windmill, and also discover the surrounding hilltop villages of Montastruc, Monclar-d'Agenais, Tombeboeuf, Tourtrès and Villebramar, standing on the opposite hill). After a bird hunting shelter, continue straight ahead along a narrower path which is slightly hollowed out. Turn left on to the road.
5) In the first bend, make your way down the shady path (before the Minister's house, with a view to the left over the village of Montastruc). Cross the D275. Descend to a grassy trail. Cross the Nèguegaline stream (lined with grass). Climb up the opposite slope
6) At the crossroads, take the one on the right which climbs gently. On the first bend, veer left on to a grassy path. After a passage along a hollowed out path lined with acacia, turn right up a winding path.
7) At the entrance to Videau farm, continue along the alley on the right (plum orchard, protected natural site where Agen tulips grow). Take the D275 to the right past the cemetery and Chartrons (the left side of this road is quite wide). Veer left on to the C1 towards the Town Hall, where you started out.
