Before reaching Poses head "dam" or in the village of Poses take the dam management and turn right as soon as possible.
From the parking Dam Poses left bank or the parking lock of Amfreville-sous-les-Monts and crossing the dam.
Reassemble the Seine about 100 m, you reach a large shaded place with tables. You have on your left an island completely wild Seine and behind the coast of Two Lovers. The square is surrounded of the first houses of Poses.
The village of Poses was originally made up of houses of sailors. It has the distinction of being built along the Seine on the old towpath, all in length.
Continue on the road for 300 meters, you will notice the natural shoreline, water lilies and very shallow clear water.
Then you arrive at the workshop gallery, please enter (slide show animals of the Seine, fact sheets on flora and fauna, maps and tourist information, etc.), the paintings are located on IGN maps and represent the surrounding nature.

Continue for 50 m, you will find the William the Conqueror boat.
Throughout the course, the landscapes are different depending on the locations of the islands.
You can see on the other side the small church of Amfreville-sous-les-Monts nestled into the hillside.
At the end of the paved road, you batelière halt, making tourism antenna, and museum ships.
You can still walk through a trail several kilometers (12 km still possible) or to turn back to your starting point.
