This forest-oriented walk is 2 minutes from the harbour, station and shops at La Hume. The starting point has a parking area, children’s play area, toilets and picnic tables. On this walk you can discover the great variety of plants that flourish around the Napoleonic canal (including a few cork oaks). After passing through a well-preserved pine forest, it will take you to the brand new swimming pool of La Teste, which has a diving board made to international competition standard. Then it goes along a local type of stream (craste) to return along the opposite bank of the canal, towards the starting point, where you will see an old bunker in a clearing.
