Access

Start the water level of the Oak.

Itinerary

1. From the car park, take the path along the water on the right. Cape Nature Pass and turn right at the height of directional sign. Merge onto the street de la Sabliere walking along the trees along the water and at the junction continue straight rue de la Sabliere. In the village, take the first right between the houses to reach a logging road. Follow the road for about 250 meters and take the path right and then left to the hamlet of Gauvellière. Continue on the right to join a vineyard path.

2. In the vineyards, take the path on the left, then right. Continue straight on this road until the D137. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and continue straight on the road between the vineyards and the hedge. At the tunnel, continue straight along the same path by slightly turning right at the greenhouses. Join the road and go right towards the Aubinière. Continue on the road for 800 meters.

3. At the crossroads, continue straight on the tree-lined road (old road to Petit Anjou). At the end of this road, go straight in the subdivision and the stop sign turn right on Sebastien Letourneux street towards the place of Europe. Cross the square and join straight street of Locks. Turn left and immediately right into the tunnel to cross under the D37. Upon exiting the tunnel take the right path that will lead you towards the lake Oak. Cross the small bridge on the right and reach the wooded area to the parking lot from the starting point.
