To protect these riches, the heart of the park is materialized by blue-white-red painted flags, where regulations must be respected. ITINERARY: In the hamlet of Les Etages, park in the car park at the exit. Signs are at your disposal to prepare your itinerary. Then descend into the hamlet to the bridge that crosses the torrent of the Veneon at the bottom of the village. Then follow the signs "Vallon des Etages". Leave on the left the path that leads to the Bérarde on the left bank of the Vénéon. Take the right path and quietly climb the glacial lock to the entrance of the Vallon. For the return cross the stream of Vallon des Etages (fording!) and go down on the other side to the hamlet of Les Etages. TO SEE ON THE ROUTE: It is possible to go to the foot of the moraine to admire the circus created by the glacier and its summit "La Pointe du Vallon des Etages". When you turn around, you see on the other side of the Veneon Valley, the Vallon du Soreiller and the Aiguille Dibona. Some summers, a herd of donkeys is present in the Vallon.
