Parking at the Col du Pré above the village of Fitou.
1. Departure: after leaving your car at the Col du Pré parking lot above the village of Fitou, start the walk by taking the scree below the road.
2. Walk along the vines, on your left you will see a meadow illustrating the humid nature of this area.
3. Walk along the surrounding wall of the Saint Aubin hermitage.
4. Viticulture at Fitou.
5. Customs officers' fountains.
6. Back on a small asphalt road, climb up above the gourgues de Ventenac, then retrace your steps to continue the loop.
7. Leave the bitumen to take the gas path which crosses the scrubland.
You arrive at the sign "Capitelles".
