Unmissable hike in the Trièves which offers some spectacular views of the sacred mountain (Mont Aiguille) especially from the Aupet and Papavet passes. Discovery of tiny hamlets like Trésanne. The tour of Mont Aiguille can start on the south side from Chichilianne (hamlet La Richardière) or on the north side, from the hamlet of La Bâtie (Gresse-en-Vercors). Unauthorized walk with a dog: passage through the Hauts-Plateaux national nature reserve on either side of the Aupet pass. About 1100 m of cumulative positive elevation gain.
