In the original dining room of the Château, stands the "Mediterraneo", a gourmet restaurant where Chef Valère Diochet expresses all the richness of local products in order to offer a delicate and tasty cuisine with Mediterranean accents under the structuring advice of Lionel Giraud, two-star chef and ambassador of our terroir.
The restaurant enjoys an incredible luminous exposure thanks to the six bay windows, opening the view of the surroundings.
Chef Valère Diochet, having obtained 2 Toques Gault & Millau (14/20), formerly Chef at our Château Les Carrasses for the last 6 years, focuses his cuisine on products straight out of the 100% organic vegetable garden of the castle or small partner producers.
Each plant in our vegetable garden has been carefully selected by integrating taste and environmental criteria in line with the terroir offered by the Massif de La Clape.
