There will be a rental agreement signed by both parties at the time of booking. Arrivals are on Saturdays for a week-long stay or on Tuesdays for short stays. Arrival is scheduled from 3pm. Departure is scheduled at 10am. Under no circumstances can the rental be extended, except with the prior written agreement of the lessor. These schedules may be modified, provided that both parties are informed. The balance of the rental amount and the security deposit will be made, in cash, on the day of arrival by the tenant. In case of cancellation less than a week, the 50% deposit will be lost. We strongly advise the tenant to take out "resort" insurance with his usual insurer.
