The food at dinner was first class. Josaine was a wonderful hostess. There were lots of local walks and maps were available.

Ferrals les Montagnes is a place worth seeing.

Josiane is the best hostess you can imagine. She is a perfect cook and very friendly to all guests. We liked her breakfast and espacially the dinner a lot and give her three stars in the michelin. Next year we will return and make the nice walks in the forrests again.

We booked for two nights and ended up staying for six. Josiane and Edgar made us feel like part of their family. Their home is in the centre of Ferrals les Montagnes but is still a very quiet location for sleeping. Parking is to be found in the quiet main street. The home is amazing as it is built into the side of a rock embankment. Our room was clean, comfortable and had an ensuite. Breakfast consisted of juice, croissants, toast, hot drink and home made jams. Any problem we had or information that we needed, Josiane came to our assistance immediately. The highlight of our stay was the evening meals with Josiane and Edgar. We were treated to the most wonderful three course meal every night with wines that complemented the food. We would have stayed even longer but Josiane and Edgar were heading off for a holiday so we had to reluctantly move on!

During a cycling vacation in june/july 2011 we were fortunate to stop at the Maison d'hote du Clocher in Ferrals les Montagnes. We were warmly welcomed by Mr and Mrs Leheudre and in the evening they served us a fantastic dinner. We really hope to return one day and I absolutely want to recommend the place.
