Seasonal rentals with sea views

Internal regulations: • On your arrival, you are welcomed by Isabelle + 33 (0) 2 51 68 52 76 of the Agence de l'Estacade (the Real Estate Agency of the Address), a specialist in seasonal rentals who will establish a seasonal rental entry contract; • At L'Océane, all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy the comfort at your disposal. To take care of the laundry, a washing machine and a dryer are available free of charge if necessary; • At L'Océane, smoking is forbidden throughout the house; • Our dear animal friends are not allowed, due to the intolerance of some of our young holidaymakers (thank you for them) ; • Make sure to close the gas from the hob after each use; • For the planet, turn off the indoor and outdoor lights after each use, not forgetting the bathroom towel dryer; • Make sure not to obstruct the toilet (do not throw towels, tissues or sopalins), garbage cans are at your disposal (this would require the intervention of a plumber who would remain the responsibility of the tenant informed) ; • Private indoor parking (in front of the house) is reserved for tenants of the F3***; • The reception at the Océane (F3***) is limited to 2 adults with a double bed and 3 children with two bunk beds and a folding bed, to 1 baby with a loan (on request and free of charge) of a cot, a high chair, dishes for children and a bath bath; • Furnished rentals, at the Océane, are available from Saturday 16: 00 and must be released the following Saturday at 09: 30 at the latest in order to allow the real estate agency (agent) to organize the inventory of fixtures of exit. The return of the deposit to the tenant (if the inventory allows it) is made within one month; • If you shorten your stay, you are kindly invited to notify the Agency, 24h00 before; • In accordance with the law, you have paid a deposit in the amount of € 600; it will be fully returned to you if the terms of your contractual obligation as a holidaymaker are respected (having kept the premises clean, in very good condition as you were able to find them when you arrived. As such, do not forget to clean the oven and pans). Legally, any cleaning will be charged 90 € in excess for the F3 ***; • But it is always the benevolence and high vigilance of the holidaymakers of the Océane F3*** that we thank for joining our desire to allow the large family of holidaymakers to travel around the world and to enjoy (by the way) the very good comfort at the Océane (our goal), the time of their stopovers.
