Access to the room and the park is allowed on the day of departure and arrival. Accommodation is taken at 17h/ departure at 10h. Modification of dates and type of accommodation possible without charge according to availability. 40% deposit on reservation/ balance to be paid at least 2 months before arrival (check not cashed on request). In case of cancellation of the seasonal rental contract less than 20 calendar days before the date of entry by the tenant, the amount of the rental remains due to the landlord. If the cancellation occurs between 21 and 30 days before the date of entry, the landlord will return 50% of the amount of the rental to the tenant within a maximum of two weeks from receipt of the notification.
