| Other | Gite ~ La Bucaille - Terms and Conditions - Please read carefully the following terms and conditions and send a signed / dated copy to us with your booking form and down payment. Please keep a copy for your personal records. 1. We, Mark and Melanie Marshall, the owners, shall not be liable for any act, negligence or default on the part of any person, or any accident, damage, loss, injury, cost or inconvenience if the person and property, Of which the lessee or any other person may suffer or incur arising from or in any way related to the rental or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. It is advisable that you arrange your own travel / health insurance for you and your personal belongings while remaining at the property. 2. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the rental the entire rent must be sent with your booking form. 3. If the reservation is made before 6 weeks of rental, a non-refundable deposit of 100 € or 25%, whichever is higher, must be sent with your booking form. The balance of the rental amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. 4. If the cancellation is requested more than 6 weeks in advance of the rental, the balance of the sums paid, minus the deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within 6 weeks before the rental the owner will keep the deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (would it not be possible to re-let the property for this period). Please make sure that you have adequate vacation insurance in the event of a cancellation. 5. The number of people occupying the property can not exceed the number on the booking form, up to four. 6. The tenant agrees to keep the property and all accessories, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property in a state like repair and condition as at the beginning of the rental. A refundable deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. Any damage, breakage or loss occurring during the rental period will be deducted from this, and the balance / full down payment will be returned the day of departure after a glance around the property. 7. The rental of the property includes ; Insurance of property, water and electricity. The property is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, bed linen, towels and cleaning material. Please make sure that towels are not used as beach towels. Toilet paper is provided. A wood supply is provided upon arrival for the wood stove, however, all additional wood required will be charged at € 5 a basket. 8. The day of arrival, the property will be available from 3pm. The day of departure, we ask that the property is left vacant before 10am. This is to give time for the property to be inspected, cleaned and prepared ready for other visitors arriving the same day. However, we are very flexible and, if you wish to stay in the lodging longer than the time specified above, it may be possible provided that there is no one arriving the same day, this would incur an additional cost for the day additional. Please note that this can not be arranged in advance of your arrival. 9. It is forbidden to smoke inside the property at any time. Tenants must agree not to smoke or allow smoking inside the property at any time. However, you can smoke outside in the garden, but make sure cigarette butts are cigarettes are turned off safely. If this is not strictly adhered to, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property immediately. 10. Tenants are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and make sure they take all the business with them. Keys must be returned to us before departure. On the days of passage there is only time for a superficial check and general cleaning. We rely on the good will of our customers and their cooperation that we greatly appreciate. Acceptance of the owner's ownership will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
