If you like the quiet of a river, the gentle rustling of waterfalls, fishing, boating or just lazing by the pool, you will appreciate the charm of this exceptional house. Located on the edge of a large and beautiful lake, the Moulin de Rouillon was built by monks in the twelfth century. It is the largest mill of Beuvron river, and it was probably the most active until the 1950s. It consists of several independent buildings : the mill itself occupied by the owner, a barn, shed some annexes and the house that is offered. This very large and beautiful family home on the south and single storey hotel with a beautiful view of the river and winnowing. It includes: the ground floor a large living room with beams and open fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom / office tv and a toilet. First floor: four bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), a bathroom and a toilet. It offers a swimming pool, shaded garden, walks in the islands over 5 hectares and its pier where you can go exploring or fishing boat. It is really great, very pleasant, warm, fully modernized and comfortable. You'll love vigils to extend its monumental fireplace. A few miles you can get on the Loire boat trip or futreau ; fly over the most beautiful sites in the Valley of the Kings in a balloon or microlight, without forgetting the cellars and vineyards, forest walks, tennis, golf, amusement park, restaurants and of course the castles… If many of you (more than eight), we can offer you care and more the ' Pavilion ', which is ideal for three to four additional people.
