DESCRIPTION: Large loft of about 140m² in an authentic restored Cantal barn, located in a hamlet in the northern foothills of the Aubrac plateau at an altitude of 975 m, in the commune of Lieutadès in the Cantal. In a succession of spaces - Entrance - Kitchen area, Dining area, Living area followed by a small glazed living room enjoying an unobstructed view of the meadows and where there is a Jacuzzi and an exercise bike. 2 double bedrooms, 1.60 m and 1.80 m beds (twin beds pushed together that can be separated) - 1 separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - 1 en-suite toilet and separate toilet in the master bedroom - Furnished terrace and garden - "Marjaver" as it is called… has as neighbours the very pretty cows, the Aubrac breed, moving peacefully in the pastures in front of the house.
