Domaine Montansier is a family vineyard located in the Charente region, in the heart of the Cognac appellation. The Jobit family has been cultivating vines in Graves Saint Amant for 7 generations. They produce Cognac, Pineau des Charentes and IGP Charentais wines. Our vineyards are planted on limestone slopes spread over the two prestigious crus of Grande and Petite Champagne. It comprises 30 hectares dedicated to Cognac production, with Ugni blanc and Folle blanche grapes. The wines produced on the estate are distilled in our 20hl Charentais still. The remaining 5 ha are planted with Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Colombard and Chauché for our IGP Charentais wine range and our Pineaux des Charentes. The "Chat rends-toi" range is available in white, red and rosé. These are wines for sharing, based on fruit and gourmet delights. The wines in the "Domaine" range are the fruit of the pure expression of grape varieties on our terroir. This range of single-varietal wines will appeal to wine connoisseurs and promise delicious food pairings. Many other products are offered at the domaine, thanks to the diversity of our grape varieties, which will delight even the most sensitive palates. The Jobit family also offers accommodation in the vicinity of the winery for an exceptional experience.
