Our store "Benoit l'Artisan" (facing the bull) in Laguiole, offers traditional and modern Laguiole knives, which combine respect for origins with creation: hand guillochée forged bee, damask blades, raw forge blades… - Come and immerse yourself in the ancestral universe of the Laguiole knife, in our artisanal workshop located in the center of the village (Place du Toural). We offer free tours guided by a professional all year round! Visiting hours: 10: 30 am, 11: 30 am, 2: 30 pm, 3: 30 pm, 4: 30 pm. (except Sundays and public holidays).
