Other | Terms and conditions of sale - Article 1 - Scope of application of the general conditions of sale - The present general conditions govern by operation of law all the sales of stays carried out on the site rivieredoree. Com - They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read the present general conditions before booking a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, the present general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They can also be obtained on written request to the establishment's head office. Article 2 - Booking conditions - 2.1 Price and payment - The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price. For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are made in the name of the client(s) and is non transferable. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees. For rental reservations: All rentals are made in the name of the client(s) and is non transferable. Tourist taxes are to be paid on site on the day of arrival. 2.2 Change of reservation - No discount will be made for late arrival or early departure. 2.3 Cancellation - Any reservation not fully paid in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be cancelled and will not be refunded. No deposit will be refunded in the event of a cancellation. 2.4 Withdrawal - The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling as set out in the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal. 2.5 Cancellation insurance - We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions such as illness, accident, etc. Article 3 - Course of the stay - 3.1 Arrivals and departures - For rentals and pitches, : arrivals are from 3 pm to 8.00 pm, departures are before 11 am, any day of the week. 3.2 Deposit - A deposit of 300 € per accommodation will be required on the day of arrival. It will be refunded on the day of departure, during the opening hours of the cashier, after an inventory of fixtures. The cost of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as well as the cost of cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you are unable to attend the inventory of fixtures, the deposit will be returned to you by post. 3.3 Departure - Any return of the key or release of the pitch after 11.00 am will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Article 5 - Applicable law - The present general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the competence of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Tribunal de Commerce of Melun. |
