Typical village of the Cotes de Toul, about 600 people, Bruley is located 25 kilometers from Nancy and 5 kilometers from Toul. Geographically, it is built on the back of the Cotes de Meuse, bordering the rich plain of the Woëvre in eastern Paris Basin geological movement.
