Life has developed around its fortifications, located in the upper part where still dominates the Clock Tower. This is the remnant of one of the entries wall. Cogolin and watered by the Giscle and Mole flourished, enjoying the wealth of its natural environment: the Maures (cork, heather), plain fertile land (market gardening, sugarcane) and its slopes with vineyards produce a renowned wine.
