Écromagny is a village in the Haute-Saone region of Burgundy-Franche-Comté, 25 km north-east of Lure.
The communal area of nearly 7 km² belongs to the plateau of Thousand Ponds, south of the Vosges Mountains, a natural region with a rich hydrography, punctuated by peat bogs and ponds.
Owned by the Ancien Régime to the lords of Faucogney, the activity has always been rural.
Counting to date nearly 150 inhabitants, Écromagny has preserved its unique natural environment and built heritage of interest. In the heart of a popular hikers' area, the village deserves a stopover.
