Small town of Ille-et-Vilaine, in Brittany, Goven takes place about twenty kilometers from Rennes, not far from Bruz, Chavagne or Pont-Péan.
Founded in the 10th century by Saint Goulven, then Bishop of Léon, the municipality of Goven has long been focused on agriculture to support its inhabitants. Installed on a ridge of more than 100 meters above sea level, it also benefits from the important economic aura of its neighbor, Rennes, which radiates to it.
