Former hunting rendezvous located at La Queue-en-Brie, in the Val-de-Marne, the castle of Marmousets dates from the end of the 18th century. Surrounded by a moat and a huge park, it reveals an architecture inspired by the style of ancient Greece, notably with pilasters and columns of the Ionic and Corinthian order.
If the building is closed to the public today, it nevertheless opens its park to visitors, presenting several routes allowing to appreciate an aquatic garden with nearly 4000 plants and 25 different species, an ice cave or even games. for children and picnic areas.
The site of the Château de Marmousets is also home to the departmental model-making center which offers the owners of reduced models the opportunity to practice in complete safety.
