Lanton consists of 4 villages: Lanton, Cassy, Taussat-les-Bains and Blagon.
The coastal path, to walk, is its seafront and is punctuated by three ports: the port of Fontainevieille Taussat, the Old Port of Taussat and the port of Cassy.
The town also has pretty beaches like the beach Suzette Cassy where it is nice to relax at high tide. At low tide, it is possible to cool off at the swimming pool and enjoy many Cap 33 sports activities that take place during the summer season.
The Vélodyssée crosses the city. This bike path makes it possible to travel by bike safely and to reach the neighboring municipalities: Audenge and Andernos.
