- Carnival takes place every year the weekend before Mardi Gras. The party begins on Friday evening and ends on Mardi Gras day (dates vary from one year to the next depending on the Catholic calendar which places Mardi Gras 40 days before Easter), i.e. 5 days of entertainment at the heart of winter. It is part of the heritage of Granville, because it is linked to the departure of sailors towards the banks of Newfoundland (they left on Mardi Gras day). Even if the departure of fishermen towards the banks of Newfoundland is no longer relevant today...
- Festi Récré and Ferme en Folie are festivals for children. They take place each year in April and October respectively. For a few days, children are in the spotlight with numerous activities specifically offered to them. Most events are aimed at families and parents are welcome.
- The Bath Exit festival lasts four days (Thursday to Sunday) and takes place in July. All activities such as theater, dance, circus and music take place in the street and are completely free. Several dozen invited companies attract an increasing number of audiences each year. More than a hundred shows take place during the 5 days of the festival...
- Grand Pardon de la Mer et des Corporations. Sailors' festival par excellence, it is celebrated on the last Sunday in July. An open-air mass, an oratory at Notre Dame du Cap Lihou, sea shanties and a Marian procession in the evening are the main activities offered during this day of fervor and celebration.
- Welders' Night takes place during the first weekend of August. From Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning, the welding artists will, from pieces of scrap metal collected on the quays of the fishing port, create works of art which will be sold at auction on Sunday afternoon.
- The whole sea on a plateau is the shellfish and crustacean festival. It takes place during the first weekend of October. Tastings, recipes, discovery of the species caught off the coast of Granville as well as numerous activities await visitors. Free admission.

For four days, the whole town vibrates to the rhythm of the street arts, with theater, dance, comedy, circus, brass bands… In all, over 130 free performances !
