Camping Saint Louis

Good facilities and close to Calais hence many one night stopovers. A great bistro type restaurant bar for evening and weekend food and drinks. Some down sides -the games room is a dump for books, a damaged pool table and table tennis with no bats (you have to ask) Don't see the point of this room if it's virtually unusable - you can get internet there. There are 3 toilets, one without a seat, the toilet paper machines are a problem with dispensing. For the last 3 days there was no hand soap at the washbasins. My wife found the male cleaner a problem working in the ladies toilets at random times. One night there was loud noise from a group of outside bar drinkers - inconsiderate given many have early starts and a disregard for the sign which says no noise after 10.00pm. Otherwise the staff were very friendly it just needs some TLC in places.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, clean, friendly, lovely people running the camp, reccomend for sure.

Stopped for one night after the Calais Ferry. Very well kept site. Bit on the expensive side for what's there. The bar cafe opens from 6-9pm, we arrived very thirsty at 9.15 !!

Nous n'avons jamais vu un camping aussi bien entretenu. Les emplacements sont bien délimités. Les sanitaires sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre aide.

Sehr idyllisch, nettes Personal und cooler Pool!

Heel nette, rustige camping. Vriendelijk onthaal. Ideale ligging. Mooie, grote afgebakende plaatsen. Verzorgd sanitair. Douches niet afzonderlijk te betalen. Leuke bar, doen restaurant.

Een kleine nette camping zeer verzorgd, niet zo ver van de zee met de wagen enkele kilometers, er is wel geen winkel in de camping op een paar kilometers verder heb je een warenhuis waar je uw inkopen kan doen, mensen die houden van rust is dit wel de ideale plaats op de camping zelf is er een restaurant waar je toch lekker kunt eten, hond mag niet binnen in het restaurant maar wel op de camping ! Sanitair is zeer net en in orde er verblijven wel veel Engelse voor de oversteek of tussenstop.
