Enjoyed very much in winter, Champenoise fondue is a shared dish made from Langres and Chaource cheeses, mixed with liquid crème fraîche, white wine, potato flour and pepper.All the ingredients are heated in a fondue pan till partly liquid, then pieces of bread can be dipped in.
