Benefitting from the AOP Beurre Charentes-Poitou appellation, Échiré butter is known all over the world for its flavour. Highly prized by gastronomes and leading chefs, this is a very delicate butter with a slight hazelnut flavour, which has been produced since 1894.

Made using artisan methods by the Échiré dairy, and churned traditionally in teak barrels, Échiré butter is a delight to the taste buds when spread on a slice of fresh bread. The dairy cooperative also produces thick cream, both smooth and rich, as well as whipping cream, which is ideal for making Chantilly cream!
