Produced in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, in the Pre-Pyrenean hills between Pau and Oloron-Sainte-Marie, Jurançon is an AOC white wine, made from grape varieties called gros manseng, petit manseng, courbu, petit courbu and lauzet, and comes in dry and sweet versions. The very aromatic dry Jurançon is ideal to accompany fish and shellfish with its notes of fresh fruit. Soft and velvety, the sweet Jurançon, with aromas of white flowers, honey and candied fruit, can be served as an aperitif and also accompany foie gras, smoked salmon and Pyrenean sheep's cheese.

At the heart of Béarn, between the Gave d'Oloron and the Gave de Pau, discover the Jurançon Wine Route and the wineries which have made this prestigious vineyard famous...
