• The Saint-Madeleine church is the oldest of Troyes, dating from the middle of the 12th century. Renovated sanctuary from 1498 to 1501, Renaissance tower, Gothic nave, choir covered with a Renaissance vault, statue of St. Martha, pure masterpiece of the 16th century Troyes sculpture, not to mention a magnificent stone rood screen of flamboyant style. Jean Gailde, a sculptor and a Trojan architect, as well as magnificent stained glass windows in the choir and the apse.

• The cat lane is a fairly well known passage of Troyes because of its narrowness and the atmosphere it creates. Formerly, it bore the name of Lane Maillard. The roofs of the houses touch each other and so the cats passed from house to house through the attics hence its new name. An atypical place...

• Saint Pantaleon Church

• The Saint-Panthaléon church is a museum of the statuary Troyenne, works of François Gentil and Dominique the Florentin (decorator of François 1st) whose Faith and Charity statues of stone of 1549 (third pillar on the right and on the left of the choir and from the rood screen of the former collegiate Saint-Etienne). • Founded by Pope Urban IV at the site of his father's shop, cobbler. Hardiesse and elegance of architecture. Lightness of the ogival art, "the spiritualised stone"; built in the 13th century. Upper part of the nave finished in the 19th century. In the choir, windows of the 13th century. Statues of the 16th century, including the Virgin with grapes in the chapel on the right.
