When you arrive in Bazas, make your way towards the town centre (at the roundabout on the left), continue straight ahead to a sign "Place de la Cathedrale". Follow this sign.

The walk starts at Place de la Cathedrale. Start by making your way towards the covered market (below the arches next to the Tourist Office). When you leave the covered market, turn left and take Rue Saint-Martin. At the bottom of this road, on the left, you will find Promenade de la Brèche. Turn left on to this street and, after a while, take a path uphill and leave it immediately on your left: you are in the Sultan's Garden. Return to the Promenade de la Brèche, and continue until you see a wash house. Climb gently up the main road until you arrive at Rue A. De Pontac on the right. After a while, on your right, you will see a paved street. Walk down it, you will arrive at Gisquet gate. Return to Rue de Pontac and continue along it until you arrive at Place de la Cathedral. Visit the Cathedral and finish with the chapter garden on the left of the Cathedral. Contact the Tourist Office for any additional information..
